Explorer Scouts are focused on having fun while developing different activity and leadership skills around personal interests or goals.
The Young Leaders’ Scheme helps Explorer Scouts to develop and grow as individuals. It allows them to make a valuable contribution to their community and give service to others.
Scout Active Support allows people to give their time to Scouting on a flexible basis.
