Training
Information on the Modules is available here:
Once you have attended you first Training or Validation you should receive a hardcopy.
Many of the Modules are available as e-learning or videos
and the Area runs Face-to-Face training spread over 3 weekends. There is no need to attend all 3 weekends in one year, you can spread them out over 2 or even 3 years. I do recommend you try to attend at least some of the Modules as Face to face learning if at all possible as you get to meet other Leaders from different Groups and get lots of great contacts.

It is not essential to attend Training for every Module if you have prior experience in that topic but you do need to validate all Modules.
